Frequently Asked Questions
Is this a loan?
No. Assistance, when approved, is a one-time grant paid directly to a vendor or service provider whenever possible.
How long does a decision take?
Timeframes vary based on volume and urgency. Clearly marked emergency situations with complete documentation can often be reviewed more quickly.
Can I apply more than once?
Our assistance is intended to be one-time and limited. In most cases, repeat requests are not approved.
